Processor result format
A timeline processor returns data for Yrendr to validate and apply on the main thread. The processor must not mutate the live project directly.
Supported return values
A processor may return:
Nonewhen no changes are required;- a list of action dictionaries;
- a result dictionary containing
actions,outputsand an optionalmessage.
Example:
return {
"actions": [...],
"outputs": [...],
"message": "Created transcript clips",
}Result rules
actionsmust be a list when present.outputsmust be a list when present.- Non-dictionary list items are ignored during normalization.
messageis converted to text for user-facing status.
Note: Outputs are materialized before actions are applied, allowing
create_clipactions to refer to newly created Project Viewer assets throughasset_ref.Caution: Unsupported or invalid actions fail the apply stage. Yrendr restores the pre-run project snapshot instead of keeping a partial timeline mutation.
