Project files

Yrendr 1.1.0 keeps .yrendr as the project format. It is a ZIP container with manifest.json and project.json; referenced media normally stays outside the project.

Save with Ctrl+S and use Ctrl+Shift+S for Save As. The normal project stores separate timeline instances for reusable Project Viewer assets, including individual clip transforms and animation keyframes.

For a portable copy, choose Project > Package project.... It creates a ZIP containing the .yrendr project and a media/ folder, and rewrites the packaged project's media paths to the included files.

Back up a project before first opening it in a newer Yrendr release. Plugins are installed separately and are not automatically embedded in the project archive.
