Timeline Version 1.1Updated 29 Sep 2026

Timeline basics

Yrendr 1.1.0 keeps its timeline and Graph Editor in one shared editing dock. Time runs horizontally; tracks and animation lanes are stacked vertically.

Editing modes

  • V - Select: select, move, trim and work with clips.
  • H - Move: drag to pan the timeline without moving clips.
  • C - Cut: click a clip at the desired split point.

Ctrl+B splits a selected clip at the playhead. Middle-mouse dragging also pans the timeline without switching tools.

Integrated Graph Editor

F3 opens the Graph Editor below or alongside the track area within the Timeline dock. Its horizontal time scale stays aligned with the timeline. Use Value and Speed views to work with position, scale, rotation and other supported animation lanes.

Transport

Space plays or pauses. Home and End seek to the start and project end; Left/Right seek one second, or five seconds with Shift.

Track controls

Tracks can be added, removed, renamed and reordered. Track power toggles use consistent enabled/disabled icons. Plugin effect chains still belong to tracks or Master, not to individual clips.

The compact toolbar keeps editing tools, transport and graph actions close to the timeline; hovering a button shows help in the bottom status bar.
