Preview quality
Yrendr uses one real-time Preview quality control for both paused frames and active timeline playback. It cycles through 100%, 75%, 50% and 25%.
Note: Preview quality affects both paused Preview frames and active playback. Final render quality is configured separately.
One quality control
Preview quality changes the compositor scale used by the Preview panel. Lower values reduce the amount of image processing required for expensive frames and can make navigation and playback more responsive.
The same setting remains active while the timeline is playing. There is no separate Playback quality cap.
Export is independent
Preview quality does not change final render resolution or render quality. The Render window has its own output size, quality and format settings.
Persistent default
Settings > General stores Preview quality so Yrendr reopens with the same real-time quality level.
