Tracks

Tracks are the primary routing and organization unit of the Yrendr timeline.

Track identity

Each track has a name and color. Open the track explicitly through its edit control to select that track in Inspector. Simply clicking the track header does not need to force an Inspector context change.

Reorder tracks

Tracks can be dragged to change their order. Yrendr animates/repositions the track stack while you move them.

Rename and color

Inspector provides Rename track and Color controls. The color picker is a normal editor modal and is not a minimizable workspace window.

Mute

Mute disables that track from normal project output. Inspector shows Mute or Unmute according to current state.

Delete

The track delete action uses the trash control in Inspector. Deleting a track also requires Yrendr to reconcile clips and selection state belonging to that track.

Track FX

Compatible plugin effects attached to a track process every compatible clip routed through that track.
